cognition

Every morning , Anna prepares coffee and reads a short article on her phone to wake up her mind . This quiet routine has been helping her cognition because she practices remembering facts and noticing details . If she skipped this routine , she would feel less focused later in the day . Although the article is short , it asks simple questions that make her think and compare ideas . After breakfast she takes a short walk , and the fresh air helps her remember what she has just read .
