My friend often equates being busy with being important , so he fills his days with meetings and tasks . I have noticed that he rarely takes a break , and he eats quickly at his desk . When he is free , he says he should relax but he finds it hard to stop working . If he learns to rest more , he will probably feel happier and do his job better . I try to show him small ways to relax , like a short walk or reading , which help him see that rest is not the same as being lazy .
